SwiftLeadz, Inc. ("SwiftLeadz," "we," "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and the individuals whose data is processed through our platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the SwiftLeadz platform.

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, password (hashed), business name, and timezone. Administrators may also add team members, whose basic profile information is stored.

Lead Data

You may submit lead records containing names, phone numbers, email addresses, and other contact information. This data is processed on your behalf as a data processor. You are the data controller for all lead data.

Usage and Log Data

We collect information about your use of the Platform, including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, actions taken, and timestamps. This helps us operate and improve the Platform.

Communications Data

SMS messages sent and received through the Platform are stored to provide conversation history and for compliance purposes. Message content, timestamps, and delivery status are logged.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers. We receive and store limited billing information such as last four digits, card type, and billing address.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Platform
• To process transactions and send account-related communications
• To respond to support requests and inquiries
• To send product updates, security alerts, and administrative messages
• To analyze usage and improve Platform functionality

5. Data Retention

We retain account data for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and business purposes. Lead and SMS data is retained for as long as your account is active, unless you request deletion. You may delete specific records at any time from within the Platform.

Opt-out and suppression records are retained indefinitely to ensure compliance with applicable laws and to honor prior opt-out requests.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. See our Security & Data Protection page for details. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access and receive a copy of personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal data

• Data portability (receive your data in a structured format)

SwiftLeadz is based in the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. We take appropriate safeguards to protect transferred data.
