Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the SwiftLeadz platform. By using SwiftLeadz, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Permitted Uses
SwiftLeadz may be used for:
- Responding to inbound leads who have submitted contact information and provided consent to be contacted
- Sending follow-up messages to leads with whom you have an established business relationship
- Coordinating your sales team's response to inbound inquiries
- Sending transactional or informational messages to customers
- Internal team coordination and lead management
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not use SwiftLeadz to:
2.1 Illegal or Harmful Activity
- Violate any federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
- Send messages without legally required consent
- Contact numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry without a valid exemption
- Engage in fraud, phishing, smishing, or any deceptive practices
- Impersonate any person, business, or government entity
- Facilitate any illegal activity or provide instructions for illegal acts
2.2 Spam and Unsolicited Messages
- Send unsolicited bulk messages (SMS spam)
- Purchase, rent, or use third-party contact lists where individual consent cannot be demonstrated
- Send messages to individuals who have opted out or been added to your suppression list
- Circumvent or disable the opt-out suppression mechanism
- Flood recipients with excessive messages
2.3 Harmful or Offensive Content
- Transmit content that is threatening, harassing, abusive, or hateful
- Distribute malware, spyware, or harmful code
- Send content that exploits or harms minors
- Transmit sexually explicit content without age verification and appropriate legal compliance
- Spread misinformation or disinformation
2.4 Platform Abuse
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to SwiftLeadz systems or other accounts
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks or other attacks on the Platform
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform
- Scrape or crawl the Platform without authorization
- Resell or sublicense access to the Platform without written consent
- Use automated scripts to interact with the Platform in ways that violate these Terms
2.5 Prohibited Industries
- Illegal gambling or unlicensed gaming operations
- Sale of illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Multi-level marketing schemes
- Predatory lending practices
- Human trafficking or exploitation
- Operations sanctioned by the OFAC or other governmental bodies
3. Carrier Compliance
You must comply with all carrier guidelines and requirements, including CTIA messaging principles and A2P 10DLC requirements. Carriers may filter or block messages that violate their terms, and SwiftLeadz is not responsible for message delivery issues caused by carrier filtering resulting from your non-compliance.
4. Resource Usage
You agree not to use the Platform in a way that unreasonably burdens SwiftLeadz's infrastructure or interferes with other customers. SwiftLeadz reserves the right to impose rate limits, message volume caps, or other restrictions to maintain service quality.
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of violations of this AUP, please report them to abuse@swiftleadz.com. SwiftLeadz will investigate and take appropriate action.
6. Consequences of Violations
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Warning and required remediation
- Temporary suspension of messaging capabilities
- Permanent account termination without refund
- Reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities
- Legal action to recover damages
SwiftLeadz reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a violation has occurred and what action to take.
7. Updates
This AUP may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions? Contact legal@swiftleadz.com
