This Cookie Policy explains how SwiftLeadz uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit our website and admin portal. By continuing to use our services, you consent to our use of cookies as described in this policy.

3. Types of Cookies
Essential Cookies
These cookies are necessary for the Platform to function. They enable core features such as authentication, security, and session management. You cannot opt out of essential cookies without disabling the service.
Functional Cookies
These cookies remember your preferences and settings to provide a better experience. For example, remembering your timezone or display preferences.
Analytics Cookies
We use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with the Platform. This data is aggregated and anonymized and helps us improve features and performance. We use Google Analytics for this purpose.
Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are set by third-party services we use, such as Stripe (payment processing) and Intercom (customer support). These parties have their own privacy policies governing cookie use.
4. Local Storage
In addition to cookies, SwiftLeadz uses browser local storage to maintain your authentication session in the admin portal. This is necessary for the platform to function correctly. Local storage is not cleared when you close the browser tab.
5. Managing Cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- View what cookies are set and delete individual cookies
- Block cookies from specific websites
- Block all third-party cookies
- Block all cookies (note: this will break Platform login)
Browser-specific instructions: Chrome (Settings → Privacy → Cookies), Firefox (Options → Privacy → Cookies), Safari (Preferences → Privacy), Edge (Settings → Cookies and Site Permissions).
To opt out of Google Analytics tracking specifically, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
6. Do Not Track
Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature. At this time, SwiftLeadz does not alter its data collection practices in response to DNT signals, as there is no accepted standard for DNT. We will reassess this position as standards evolve.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as our services change or as laws evolve. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
